Description of the Requirement:

The objective is to achieve a high-level concise report providing a multi-year road map with all stakeholders in agreement on timing, sequencing of events, and order of magnitude for investment in both legacy systems to bridge the interim timeframe and to arrive at the next generation technology. The report will form the basis for program and project specific planning and approvals. Additional objective is to be able to monitor progress on implementing the roadmap

There is someone through an expiring THS contract that is current fulfilling this requirement.
