Robotic Process Automation Software Solution
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the implementation and delivery of a Robotic Process Automation Software Solution.
This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of the Robotic Process Automation software licenses as well as professional services and training on an as-and-when-requested basis.
The period of any resulting contract will be for 3 years with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to 2 additional one-year periods.
