SAP Training & Support for Veterans Affairs Canada

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) is part of the first cohort of departments on-boarding to the Government of Canada Financial Management (GCFM) solution and will be replacing its current financial systems – FreeBalance (Accounting and Procurement System), PBHC (Salary Management System), and AMMIS (Assets and Materiel Management System) with the standardized Government of Canada GCFM SAP solution hosted by Treasury Board Secretariat.

The GCFM Client Services Transition (CST) Team will support each on-boarding department in their implementation efforts through planned training activities. There will be activities required to ensure successful transitions of VAC staff and teams to the new processes and system through VAC focused Training and Go-Live (TGL) support. 

As such VAC has a requirement to augment their current project team on an if and when requested basis with a team of professionals experienced in delivering Training and Go-Live support on similar SAP On-Boarding projects.

This RFP is open only to PWGSC TBIPS SA Suppliers listed below and the RFP documents have been sent directly to each of the listed suppliers.
