Description of the Requirement:

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency requires a consultant to assist the Human Resources Branch with EX job analysis and classification evaluation work, including related advice and classification rationale writing to support the stabilization of the Agency’s EX structure.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS Reliability

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada - Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada - Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA). the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to September 30, 2021.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for up to a maximum of 110 work description rationales and up to 50 additional days.
