Le ministère du Patrimoine canadien (PCH) a besoin de services d’entreposage et de distribution "au fur et à mesure des besoins" pour ses articles de promotion.
PCH est chargé de fournir aux députés de la Chambre des Communes et sénateurs, aux lieutenant-gouverneurs et aux commissaires des Territoires, des drapeaux canadiens, des épinglettes et d'autres articles faisant la promotion des symboles canadiens, ainsi que de distribuer du matériel de promotion pour les événements spéciaux à l'administration centrale et dans l’ensemble du Canada.
