TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Organizational design and analysis, work description writing, and position evaluation of Executive group positions and structures is required.

Assistance is required through consulting firms with experienced Organizational Design and Classification Consultants who will work with the AAFC Organizational Design and Classification’s team - to assist branch managers in meeting their Executive Classification Services needs.

Level of Security Requirement:

Common PS SRCL#6 - Reliability

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract shall be for one year from date of contract award, with the option to extend it for up to three (3) one (1) year renewal periods.
