Description

The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking the services of a contractor with banners installation, removal and maintenance experience.

The Contractor shall install, maintain and remove decorative banners along the Confederation Boulevard in the National Capital Region.

The contract is for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extending the period of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada - Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Canada - Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA).
