Description of the Requirement:
Assistant Deputy Minister (Information Management) (ADM (IM)) requires services of a Business Process Consultant to work with the SIEM users’ to facilitate and lead the Specialized Support Team process discovery, process mapping, drawing of cross-functional diagrams as well as documentation of those processes. The required outcome will be cross-functional process diagrams and documentation of the newly created or improved processes as outlined in Annex A – Statement of Work.
The period of any resulting contract will be for one year effective from the date of contract award. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
