    Description

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

    One (1) Level 3 Web Developer

    The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has implemented an Interwoven Web Content Management System (IWCMS) that is used to manage over 200+ websites that are managed globally.

    The Interwoven product supports the internet and the intranet web site management. The Web Content Management section (SICW) maintains and continues to evolve the solution which consists of software tools, methods and best practices. An emphasis is placed on reusability of design ideas, development components and models, information management structures and business procedures.

    A full range of services is provided to meet client requests. Typical activities include analysis of information architecture, business functional and technical requirements, configuration and development, testing, and post implementation support.

    DFATD requires the services of one (1) Level 3 Web Developer to design, develop, and deploy web components that will be implemented into the Interwoven EWCMS.
