    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following Stream:

    1 (One) – 1.5 IM Architect – Level 3

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    1.0 SCOPE OF WORK / KEY ACTIVITIES

    The Senior IM Architect/Data Migration Specialist will support the various RPAD initiatives. Duties and deliverables may include but not be limited to the following:

    • Work with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements;
    • Perform in-depth research and analysis to gain an understanding of business, systems or operational context of data;
    • Perform in-depth research and analysis (current and future state) to gain an understanding of business, systems or operational context of data for various business applications;
    • Adhere to and/or develop best practice standards and protocols for data migration, migration plans, including mapping risks and potential impact;
    • Analyze the method of transforming existing data into a format for the new environment and the loading of data into other database structures;
    • Cleanse data as necessary to remove the potential issues with data migration;
    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems and integrity;
    • Develop innovative approaches to manipulate data sets in a way that enables clients to see patterns and trends;
    • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Perform data mining and segmentation;
    • Build and maintain ETL mappings and workflows;
    • Create and manage automated data exchanges for file retrievals and submissions;
    • Work with business stakeholders to create standardized approaches to data sharing and integration;
    • Review existing migration tools and provide recommendations for improving performance of the migration process;
    • Document ETL processes, programs and configuration procedures;
    • Develop data models;
    • Formulate issue resolution and execute solution delivery
    • Develop detailed solution documentation
    • Find and fix any outstanding faults or issues with migrated data
    • Document the processes undertaken, any issues and fixes that have been deployed
    • Complete and submit, for weekly approval, time sheets by project using the (in-house) Project Tracking System; and
    • Provide updates/status reporting to project team management as required.
