Snow and Ice Control Services for Official Residences in Ontario

Description of the procurement: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking tenders from experienced Contractors to provide snow and ice control services for five (5) official residences, Rideau Hall, Rideau Cottage, 24 Sussex Drive, 7 Rideau Gate and Stornoway. The contract is for a period of approximately three (3) years from date of award to May 31, 2022 with one option year to extend upon mutual consent at the same terms and conditions.
