This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

One (1) Level 3 WEB Architect

The CRA requires one (1) WEB Architect (Level 3) with an expert-level background in measuring the performance of a web presence. The successful resource will support the CRA in the creation and development of an "Information as a Service" Performance Measurement Framework to measure the performance of information services on the CRA web presence.
The resource will perform associated tasks and activities to support the planning, execution, measurement, and reporting of the performance of the CRA’s digital content on Canada.ca.

    • Bidders must submit a bid for the resource category listed in this solicitation.
    • The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
