DESCRIPTION OF WORK

To understand the financing options for major water infrastructure projects supporting irrigation and to inform recommendations on their potential application, Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD) requires the services of a firm with expertise in the review and assessment of financing models in use for significant capital investments in major irrigation infrastructure projects. This includes expertise in financing models in use in Canada and elsewhere, as well as financing models that involve multiple partners from different levels of government and/or involving private sector investors.
