    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

    • Stream 4: Business Services

    • Category: One (1) B.1 Business Analyst, Level 2

    Description of Work:

    The Department of National Defence (DND) requires one (1) Level 2 Data Conversion Specialist, one (1) Level 2 Tester, one (1) Level 2 Technical Writer and one (1) Level 2 Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Materiel Identification (MI) Project, as well as provide vital assessment of the Information Technology (IT) impacts and change management required to support the IT changes. It is intended to result in the award of up to four (4) contracts. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of Contract to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include the irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions.

    For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 4 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
