1. This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCA);
- Umbrella Final Agreement - Council for Yukon Indians (1993);
2. This procurement is set-aside under Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB) as per Paragraph b. of 9.35.65 Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements and Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.
The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) is seeking to establish a contract for Vicarious Trauma and Counselling for its Regional Office in Yukon for one (1) year with three additional (1) one year options.
Bidders are to contact the Contracting Officer to get a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The price of the bid will be evaluated in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes are extra. Canadian customs duties are included.
To be declared responsive, a bid must:
- comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and
- meet all the mandatory technical criteria
Bids not meeting (a) or (b) will be declared non-responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract.
