Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada is looking for a Contractor to provide pharmaceutical products delivery services from the Regional Pharmacy to various correctional institutions within the Quebec Region. The institutions included in this request for quotation are: Laval Complex, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, Cowansville Institution, Donnacona Institution, Drummond Institution, Joliette Institution and La Macaza Institution.

Objectives: Provide daily collection and delivery services of pharmaceutical products, from the Regional Pharmacy located in Laval, to the various correctional institution in the Quebec region.

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide daily collection and delivery services of pharmaceutical products from the Regional Pharmacy.

Term of Contract:

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of April 1^st, 2020 to March 31^st, 2021 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
