    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

    One (1) Level 3 Database Administrator

    Description of Work:

    The Courts Administration Service has been preparing and executing activities pertaining to the maintenance and enhancements to the Appeal System Plus (ASP). The ASP system is primarily used by the TCC to manage the operations of the Court. Due to numerous operational challenges, staff changes and vacancies, and the obligations of the day-to-day operations, the assistance of contracted resources will be required in order to achieve the planned maintenance and enhancements for this important system.

    The contracted resources will work with the Application Product Manager, experienced Programmer/Analyst staff members, and experienced Database Administration staff.

    The ASP application is programmed using PowerBuilder 2017 and PowerBuilder 2019 Enterprise editions, PL/SQL database scripts, Oracle 11g and 12c databases, and an Alfresco document management repository. Work is underway to upgrade the application programming language to PowerBuilder 2019 Enterprise edition.

    • Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.

    • The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
