Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada’s Research Centre at 6000 C&E Trail, Lacombe, AB, requires a Contractor to provide Annual Inspections, Maintenance and Repairs on Boiler Systems on an “as and when required” basis.

Services to be provided during the following :

Regular Working hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Outside Regular Working hours - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday including weekends and Stat holidays

This is a non-smoking, scent free Facility

SERVICES REQUIRED:

The Offeror will provide the following on an 'as and when required' basis:

1. Annual inspections on boilers systems as per manufacturer's specifications for each unit

2. Preventative maintenance and repair services during 'regular working hours'

3. Emergency service outside ‘regular working hours’

4 Equipment installation and decommission services

5. Troubleshooting and repairs
