Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for a supply and services contract for Audio Visual equipment and professional services for all CMHC locations across the country. CMHC is modernizing its Audio-Visual internal controls, technology, and infrastructure and has a requirement to deliver video conferencing, presentation systems and special purpose spaces.
CMHC expects the initial term of this contract to be for three (3) years, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for two (2) subsequent one-year renewal options
The RFP submission deadline is 2:00 p.m. EDT, May 15, 2020. Submissions received before the deadline are allowable and opened after the deadline time has passed.
