Description of Work:
DFATD has an urgent need for a Project Manager Level 3 and a Project Coordinator level 3 to contribute to the departmental Trade Digital Transformation initiative. The modernization of trade solutions includes delivery of the new Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) electronic client relationship management (e-CRM) platform, requiring experience in MS Dynamics 365
The initiative seeks to modernize current trade systems to adapt to fast evolving business requirements and international competition.
As part of the project management responsibilities, resources will need to perform full documentation and knowledge transfer of all activities to DFATD’s employees.
There are currently no incumbents providing the services outlined in this solicitation

DFATD thanks you for your request and your interest in our procurement process. The RFP will only be open to the fifteen (15) suppliers mentioned on the NPP and we will not be adding any additional suppliers to this solicitation. DFATD has met the mandatory requirements under the PSPC TBIPS SA and we are confident that we will be receiving a sufficient number of proposals to make this a truly competitive process. With our current staffing limitations, we cannot invite additional proponents, as it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of our procurement system. DFATD thanks you again for your interest and going forward we will keep your firm in mind for our future requirements.
