RFP Scope: 

FCC’s Innovation Lab is a small team of futurists. Their focus is the exploration of changes and disruptions in agriculture, finance, and technology. Using what is discovered, the team creates experiments to further explore concepts and generate learnings. These learnings are shared to enable FCC to effectively continue to serve Canadian Agriculture, both today and tomorrow. Leveraging human centred design, the Innovation Lab designs experiences, solving problems for humans, that can potentially be tested or proven, using new technologies, processes, and/or skillsets. 

Currently, The Innovation Lab is responsible for the entire experimentation spectrum from research and experience definition to hands-on build of potential solutions and close out including the synthesizing and sharing of learnings. The Innovation Lab is interested in scaling the quantity of learnings by working with vendors to leverage broader skill sets, technologies, perspectives, and ideas. To achieve this, the team would like to create a pre-qualified list of vendors that can augment the planning, execution and closeout of experiments.

• RFP closing date and time: May 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM *

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. 

• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
