THIS REQUIREMENT IS OPEN TO THOSE PROSERVICES SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS WHO HAVE BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED UNDER THE FOLLOWING STREAM(S) / CATEGORY (IES):

Stream 3 – Information management/Information technology services, Category 3.11 - Technology Architect.

THE FOLLOWING SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL:

1.  Sierra Systems Group Inc.
2.  Systematix IT Solutions Inc.

Please note: The IRB has decided not to extend the invitation for this bid solicitation to pre-qualified suppliers not listed in Attachment 1 to Part 1 “List of Suppliers Invited to Bid” of the bid solicitation because the IRB has deemed that by doing so would impede on the efficiency of the procurement process.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a requirement for one Senior Technology Architect to assist in developing technical architecture and an enterprise technology roadmap for the HRE-CFB Datacenter migration project, as well as other enterprise initiatives on an as and when required.

 LEVEL OF SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Common Professional Services Security Requirement Checklist (SRCL) # 19.
PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The proposed period of the contract shall be from May 18, 2020 to February 21, 2021.

ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: 82 Days.
