REFRESH:
This is a solicitation to refresh the existing Supply Arrangement NRCan-5000036378; for the provision of Vista Clearing Services between Canada and the United States boundary to Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). All potential suppliers capable of meeting the requirements of this solicitation are invited to reply to this solicitation to provide the Services under the framework of the resulting Supply Arrangement. Only suppliers that are pre- qualified at the time individual RFPs are issued against this Supply Arrangement will be eligible to bid for the requested Services.
