This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
- One (1) A.7 Programmer/Analyst - Level 3
- One (1) A.5 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Analyst - Level 3
- One (1) A.5 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Analyst - Level 2
- One (1) A.4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Analyst - Level 3

Description of Work:
Justice’s Enterprise Application (EA) is a key internal service provider that operates within the Information Solutions Branch (ISB) and provides Justice with enterprise information technology (IT) application services that include architecture, planning, design, development, enhancement, operation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
The Justice Enterprise Application (EA) group is responsible for managing the internal financial systems. The Financial Systems at Justice currently include SAP ECC6.0 Enhancement Pack 6, Solution Manager 7.2 Support Pack 9, Process Orchestration server all utilizing SQL 2012 databases on MS Server 2016.
Throughout the duration of the Contract, Justice's EA Group anticipates requirements for Contractor support on several projects, such as (but not limited to):
- performing an upgrade to ECC6.0 to Enhancement Pack 8;
- expanding the footprint of Solution Manager SP9;
- performing an upgrade to the SQL databases;
- expanding the footprint of the ECC6.0 system; as well as
- preparing for a migration to an S4/Hana environment.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability or Secret, as identified in the Security Guide
