Description
The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) Programs and Integrated Planning Directorate wishes to retain consultants services to assist the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in the continuous improvement of the CSA Project and Project Portfolio Management System.
The required activities will allow the development of quality assurance tools and validate the quality of project and project portfolio management deliverables. These analyses will be done taking into consideration the requirements of the CSA Investment Governance and Monitoring Framework (IGMF).
