Description

The Information Technology division of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) needs professional services of a technical expert of the ITSM tool : BMC Remedy. This contract will allow CSA to upgrade Remedy 7.6.04.01 to it’s latest version.

From the award date to March 31, 2021

  • Work location

The work will initially have to be done at the Space Agency's premises at 6767 route de l’aéroport, Saint-Hubert to allow the resource (s) to become familiar with the systems and applications that we currently use. Then, according to an agreement with the project manager, the resource (s) will be able to benefit from remote access to perform most of the contract tasks. Occasionally, the resource (s) will be required to perform tasks on the client site to work on restricted systems or attend technical meetings. The number of days that the resource (s) will have to work on our premises could vary depending on the tasks requested.
