Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program for the Physical Security Access Control of 59 and 49 Camelot Dr.

There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday August 6 at 9:00 a.m Ottawa Time . Interested bidders are to meet at 59 Camelot Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0Y9. You will also being going to 49 Camelot Drive.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two (2) calendar days before the date of the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
