Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Informatics in Alberta, requires a vendor to supply, deliver and install electronic workstations, to be deliver to Calgary and Edmonton, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed within the solicitation. Delivery is required within 6 weeks after contract award, with the option to purchase additional goods within 24 months after contract award.

Security Requirements: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). 

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
