TBIPS: Geomatics technical services for the support and maintenance of the Indigenous Services Canada’s Geospatial Data Infrastructure - PSAB

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

· One (1) GIS System Architect, Level 3

· One (1) GIS Data Architect, Level 2

· One (1) GIS Application Architect, Level 3

· One (1) GIS Project Manager. Level 3

· One (1) Tester, Level 2

· One (1) Web Mapping Developer, Level 2

· One (1) System Administrator, Level 2

· One (1) Programmer/Software Developper, Level 2

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

1. Adirondack Information Management Inc., Amita Corporation, Artemp Personnel Services Inc., The AIM Group Inc.,in JOINT VENTURE

2. Dalian Enterprises and Coradix Technology Consulting, in Joint Venture

3. DONNA CONNA INC., IBM CANADA LIMITED IN JOINT VENTURE

Description of Work:

Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) requires the services of up to eight resources in total on an as and when required basis to ensure the maintenance and development of a scalable, robust, well-supported enterprise geospatial data infrastructure.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently being performed by Turtle Technologies Inc. under contract #4600001249 (value $2,268,991.83)

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #10 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)

Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability
