Number of Contracts: This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for an estimated period of 90 business days.

Description of Requirement

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of an independent third party to review the North Warning System (NWS) Contract and assess each party’s performance in relation to their contractual obligations, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the issues identified, in addition to reviewing, analyzing, and recommending improvements to the invoicing process and performance management framework contained in the contract. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
