Task Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:
1 - 3.3 Project Leader/Executive, Senior,
2 - 4.3 Project Leader for Real Property, Intermediate,
4 - 4.3 Project Leader for Real Property, Senior,

Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Task Based Professional Services, specifically one (1) 3.3 Project Leader/Executive, Senior (Level 3), two (2) 4.3 Project Leader for Real Property, Intermediate (Level 2), and four (4) 4.3 Project Leader for Real Property, Senior (Level 3), to provide project leader support services for Real Property Modernization Program in ADM(IE). It is intended to result in the award of one (1) Contract for five (5) year.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of contract award to 30 November 2025.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be:
3.3 Project Leader/Executive (Senior): 255 days
4.3 Project Leader Real Property (Intermediate): 475 days
4.3 Project Leader Real Property (Senior): 150 days
