Description of the Requirement:
The Chief Financial Management requires the services of a Business Consultant (Senior) to provide advice to the Chief Financial Management to examine direct program spending and validate proposals for the reallocation and reinvestment in operating and capital expenditures in multiple organizations. The outcome is to maintain and ensure the long term integrity of the essential operations and services of those organizations.
The ultimate objective of this requirement is to ensure that organizations and programs are achieving operational effectiveness, and improving operational efficiencies. The contractor is to provide ongoing advice to the Chief Financial Management that the comprehensive review is focused on existing programs and services and that the final report will:
- address the organization’s contribution to the DND and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) enterprise;
- confirm that program and services align with the mandate and authority of the organization;
- assess and recommend improvements for performance optimization; and,
- determine readiness to adapt to Government priorities, opportunities and future CAF capability requirements.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to November 23rd, 2021.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 70 (days)
