REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS- BUILDING LEBRETON- LIBRARY PARCEL

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to qualify proponents for a sustainable and socially inclusive development of the LeBreton Flats’ Library Parcel in Ottawa. As part of a cohesive Master Concept Plan vision for LeBreton Flats, this expectational 1.1-hectare site is located at 665 Albert Street, directly on Pimisi O-Train light-rail station and steps away from the new central library.
