NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

• Stream 1: Applications Services
• Category: One (1) A.2 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst, Level 2

Description of Work:

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires one (1) Level 2 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst to apply extensive supply chain management expertise, industry best practices, innovation, and data analysis and testing skills to support improvements in the inventory management and supply chain operations practices within DND. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of Contract to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include the irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions.

Services similar to those described in this requirement are being provided through TSPS Contract W6381-18-0017 with Pleiad Canada Inc. The period of the Contract is from 15 August 2017 to 14 December 2020, and is valued at $565,282.50, applicable taxes included.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 4 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
