    Description

    The NCC is looking to modernize and expand its current Agreement System to service the evolving needs of the organization and its partners. Several NCC departments would be considered key stakeholders for this initiative: Legal Services, Procurement Services, Real Estate Services, Asset Management, and Public, Legal and Corporate Affairs. The NCC could also use the same technology for other projects such as Business Process Automation.

    This RFI is being issued with the key objectives to:

    • Solicit detailed feedback from potential suppliers on operational, technical requirements and potential timeline;
    • Understand how vendors can assist the NCC with its Agreements system replacement project;
    • Have demonstrations of potential solutions for the external Portal, the request and agreements management as well as the document generation software;
    • Advise potential suppliers of the security requirements of the RFP(s) and resulting contract(s) and provide direction and assistance to non-cleared suppliers in obtaining security clearances;
    • Solicit advice on industry capabilities to deliver a solution based on the stated objectives and constraints;
    • Inform Industry of the proposed procurement approach

    RFI Deadline:

    The closing date for this RFI is 11:59pm on December 7, 2020 EST, the NCC won’t accept submissions shared after the fact.

    NCC will host an Industry Day on November 30, 2020, 1:00 EST, with registered vendors to share information. Demo sessions will be scheduled following the RFI closing date with vendors who attended the Industry Day and submitted a response to the RFI. Vendors will be allocated approximately 1.5 hours per demo.
