Description
Defence Research and Development Canada requires the services outlined in the statement of work. They take an integrated people, technology, and processes approach to examine the question of the current and future state of emergency alerting systems in Canada. While work and research will focus on the national public alerting system (NPAS), all results and findings should be generally applicable to other emergency alerting systems. In addition, the project will leverage cross-border collaboration with U.S. counterparts to examine our respective systems and areas where lessons can be learned, and alerting techniques improved.
