Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems:

Project No KN209901, CFB Kingston, Ontario

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the province where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from contractors to establish an ITM service contract to provide “as and when required” inspection, testing and minor repair services for fire detection and suppression systems, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Kingston, Ontario.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm with the highest total score.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.

The ITM service contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional two (2)-year extensions. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
