PS requires programmer analysts on an as and when requested basis to develop and support our SharePoint platforms working with the Application Services team. Depending on the specific nature of the work, which would be defined at the time a task authorization is issued, junior, intermediate or senior level resources may be required. At the time of issuing the solicitation document, only one resource at each level will be evaluated. However, during the course of the work, additional resources at each level may be required and will be evaluated per the evaluation criteria.
SharePoint Developers will perform work through task authorizations to support the application development of corporate applications. These resources will be responsible for tasks related to the SharePoint environment’s such as developing application components, user interface design, coding of business and data access layers, branding, customization and workflow design. The resources will be used to augment the Application Development team’s capacity.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders Arrangement, EN578-170432, who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
- Level 3, Programmer/ Analyst
- Level 2, Programmer/ Analyst
- Level 1, Programmer/ Analyst
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
The work is currently not being performed by a Contractor and has not been performed by any supplier during the last 12 months.
Number of Contracts to be awarded: One
Only the following TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are invited to submit a proposal. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it is inconsistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date.
