Bilingual (English/French) Proofreading Software

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the provision of the Bilingual (English/French) Proofreading Software with warranty and three (3) years of Maintenance and Support.

This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of Bilingual (English/French) Proofreading Software licenses on as-and-when-requested basis and maintenance and support, as described in the solicitation documents.

The period of any resulting contract will be for 3 years with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to 2 additional one-year periods.
