P25 PASS ALARM SYSTEM

1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by SSC. The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to its clients, that include SSC itself, those government institutions for whom SSC’s services are mandatory at any point during the Contract Period, and those other organizations for whom SSC’s services are optional at any point during the Contract Period and that choose to use those services from time to time. It is intended to result in the award of a contract for one (1) year, plus three (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. This bid solicitation does not preclude Canada from using another method of supply for entities of the Government of Canada with the same or similar needs.

    

2. Security requirement: There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. 3. Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
