Background
(ECCC’s) Audit and Evaluation Branch is seeking consultation services to conduct a horizontal evaluation of the Federal Leadership Towards Zero Plastic Waste in Canada Initiative
Scope
The evaluation will examine issues in relation to program relevance, effectiveness and efficiency as per the 2016 Treasury Board Policy on Results as well as issues to meet the information needs of senior management at ECCC and the federal partner departments.
