RFP Scope: 

As the need for information to drive decision making increases, FCC must keep pace and adapt with an ever-changing business landscape and ensure it has tools in place to help drive forward looking decision through all its business cycles. We are looking to use integrated and continuous business planning to deliver insights into performance and sustainability, enabling forward thinking decision making that best support’s FCC’s customers and the Agriculture industry.   

 The primary objective of this RFP is to select a new technology solution for FCC to meet our planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs.  

 We need to incorporate a solution that not only meets today’s needs but is flexible enough to enable us to grow and adapt to changes in agriculture or our business for future strategic decisions. FCC’s current corporate planning tools are out of date, not user friendly, not efficient, have data duplication and have elevated risk of manual error. As a result, FCC has determined that we need a new planning tool to meet existing and future needs.  

RFP Schedule: 

• RFP issue date: Feb 16, 2021 

• Vendor questions accepted until: Feb 25, 2021 at 2:00PM* 

• RFP closing date and time: Mar 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM*

*Central Standard Time (CST)- Saskatchewan, Canada Time zone 

RFP Process Considerations: 

 Vendors should note that: 

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. 

• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
