Consulting services for two Senior Advisors

Following signature of the Memorandum of Agreement for Phoenix Damages (MoA) signed between the Government of Canada and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat requires two Senior Advisors to provide strategic advice, plans and support to the Claims Office. These Senior Advisors are to assist the Claims Office align existing business processes and supporting activities, associated with the 2019 Memorandum of Agreement for Phoenix Damages, to the specific requirements of the PSAC MoA. Furthermore, they will also be required to:

• help accurately monitor roll out of the 2020 PSAC MoA;
• assist with the processing of the 2019 MoA claims for severe impacts;
• guide the continuous process improvement with the associated existing claims processing, and
• to review the Claims Office’s processes and procedures in preparation for an anticipated internal review.

While both Senior Advisors are expected to focus on overall Claims Office strategic direction, one Senior Advisor will be expected to focus on matters related to Labour Relations direction and program enablement, while the other will be expected to focus on matters related to program delivery and compliance.
