Request for Quotation:

CFB Petawawa CSOR Telephony Expansion

1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada. The resulting contract will be used to upgrade existing telecommunications equipment and to allow SSC to provide services to its client the Department of National Defence.

The resulting contracts are for the installation and configuration of upgrades and expansions to the existing Communications systems at CFB Petawawa

This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.

The requirements are articulated in the attached Statement of Work (See attached Annex A - SOW)

2. Security requirement: This solicitation contains security requirements for vendor and personnel security screening. (See attached Annex D - SRCL)

3. Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the following agreements:

- Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);

- World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP);

- Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP);.

Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.

4. The closing date for a submission of Proposals:

March 5, 2021 @ 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
