Centralised Printing Services (CPS) – Printing Services for ESDC and Service Canada Envelopes

Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires services for the supply of a variety of ESDC and Service Canada envelopes, as well as shipping services to have the printed products distributed to ESDC offices and other locations across Canada.

The Contractor must print and deliver all items in full quantities, according to Statement of Work (SOW)

The Contractor must accept and fulfil this printing order and is responsible for quality control of the various print products requested as well as the distribution of these products to various final destinations.

The print products resulting from this contract will ensure the delivery of services and benefits to the public.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to September 30, 2021 inclusive.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services.

All the deliverables must be received between June 14 to June 18, 2021.

Contractors must respect the delivery date stipulated in the Invitation to Tender. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to meet this requirement before submitting their bid.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
