Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP): HQ174106, Remediation Services – Remediation of PHCs in Sediment at Pond C, Former Otter Creek Tank Farm, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide remediation services to carry out the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) contaminated sediment at Pond C, Former Otter Creek Tank Farm, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 126 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
