OVERVIEW
The CRTC’s current financial system is FreeBalance which is nearing the end of its service life. For many years, work has been underway with the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) to proceed with the implementation of the S4/HANA Government of Canada Financial and Materiel Management system (GCFM). Concurrently, the CRTC has also been exploring the possibility of implementing TBS’ other financial system, its ECC 6.0 instance of SAP called IRIS.
TBS is currently analyzing options for CRTC and the selection of GCFM or IRIS will be communicated in the spring 2021. Regardless the option that is assigned, the CRTC will be seeking contractual support to assist in the migration from FreeBalance to SAP.
The objective of this contract is to engage the services of a team of professional resources to support the implementation of an SAP financial system at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) with a target onboarding date of April 2022.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

3.2 Project Manager

Description of the Requirement:
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has a requirement for professional services on an “as and when required basis” for the services provided by Business / Project Management Professionals for various domains. Responsibilities will be initiated using a Task Solicitation/Authorization process.
The work performed under this contract will provide support and services in Unclassified, Classified and all Designated Domains for all CRTC.
