Description of the Requirement:

Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC’s) Canadian Wildlife Service (CWS) is seeking consultation services for the development and drafting of various policy and program proposal documents for senior management decision making, including finalizing a complex Treasury Board Submission, and/or related horizontal coordination and implementation approaches across several federal agencies/departments. The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award to March 31, 2022 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date to March 31, 2022.

The Contractor will grant to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. 

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract period will be for 72 days.
