Summary

The preliminary objective of this engagement, drawing on the findings and recommendations of the Review of Innovation Superclusters Initiative, will be to provide assurance that the Innovation Superclusters Initiative is operating efficiently and effectively.

A key initiative of the Innovation and Skills Plan, the Innovation Superclusters Initiative (ISI) will offer contributions to not-for-profit entities representing industry-led consortia, or “superclusters”. The superclusters are expected to build on shared private sector commitment – demonstrated through matched industry funding – to leverage strengths, address gaps, and incentivize innovation ecosystem players to work together more strategically for the collective benefit of their clusters.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

From the date of Contract award to March 31^st, 2022.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit [70%] and Price [30%]
