Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Natural Resources and Environmental Consultant Services – Source List, AE21SLNR in the Atlantic Region.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.

The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 3,000,000. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $20,000 and $50,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $350,000.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional, one (1) year period, and increased in the order of $2,000,000.00 at any point.

The total potential value of this SL is $ 5,000,000 with a total potential term of 5 years.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
